How is my swing set or gazebo shipped?
Due to their size, most items are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and the driver will perform a curbside drop-off.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with certified local installers in most regions. You can select the 'Professional Installation' add-on during checkout, and a coordinator will reach out to schedule your assembly date.
What kind of maintenance does the wood require?
Our cedar and pine structures are pre-stained and treated. We recommend applying a water-based sealant once a year to maintain the wood’s integrity and protect against weathering.
What is your return policy for large outdoor items?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are your swing sets safety certified?
Absolutely. All our swing sets meet or exceed ASTM safety standards for residential use to ensure a secure and fun environment for your children.
Can I customize the layout of my gazebo or play system?
Many of our modular series allow for interchangeable components, such as slide placement or bench upgrades. Please contact our design team for specific customization requests.
